Each One Teach One's Executive Director, Carolyn Heath, was invited to speak on the discussion panel for the Kiki & Tea event January 13th. This event was hosted by KeepHer San Antonio. This was a wonderful opportunity to discuss the importance of education for family and in the community.

Each One Teach One would like to thank Launch San Antonio for allowing us to present to San Antonio Entrepreneurs at their 1 Million Cups event on Wednesday, December 20. Each week, an idea creator, entrepreneur or small business owner is given the opportunity to present their business ideas with peers for feedback, collaboration or potential resources. We walked away with many good ideas on how to broaden our impact. Check out the presentation here!

2017 Grant Recipient!

Each One Teach One is proud to announce that we are a 2017 grant recipient from the Dollar General Literacy Foundation!

Since 1993, the Dollar General Literacy Foundation has awarded more than $127 million in grants to nonprofit organizations and schools that have helped more than 7.9 million individuals learn to read, prepare for the high school equivalency test, or learn the English language.

It started with a Tweet....

The Deluxe Corporation Foundation is replacing the tedious nature of grant writing with the “Short & Tweet” campaign in which nonprofits can state their case in a mere 140 characters. This year they received over 900 nominations for ten $10,000 grants. EOTOSA is incredibly blessed to be chosen to be one of the ten organizations. The Deluxe Corporation Foundation generosity will greatly help support the services that we offer to the San Antonio community.
